Questions about the menu service
What does it cost?
It depends on your shop type, one time: $49.00 for a small shop, $99.00 for a restaurant, $149.00 for retail. You see the full price before you pay, and you pay when you order, before we start.
Why do you charge?
A person at HadarGo types up every item, checks every price against your menu, and sets up your sections and options. That is real work, so the service has a one-time price. Selling on HadarGo itself has no monthly fee.
What if my menu is bigger?
Each shop type includes a number of items. Beyond that it is $25.00 for each extra 50 items, or part of 50. You pick an estimate when you order. If the finished menu has more items, you pay the difference before it goes live; if it has fewer, we refund the difference to your card automatically.
Can I edit it myself for free?
Yes. Once your menu is live you can change items, prices and photos yourself in your console at any time, for free. You only pay if you ask our team to make the changes for you: $15.00 per batch of up to 10 items.
What if something is wrong in the draft?
Comment on any item and we fix it. 2 rounds of changes are included; after that each round is $15.00.
How long does it take?
Standard is 5 business days after you pay. Rush ($35.00 more) is 2 business days. You get a notification and an email when the draft is ready, and your store keeps working as it is in the meantime.
Do you use AI to read my menu?
Sometimes, to get a first reading of a photo faster. AI misreads digits, so a person checks every AI-read price against your own menu before the draft can even be sent to you.
What about allergens?
We never decide allergen or dietary labels for you. Notes printed on your menu are carried over as suggestions only; customers never see them until you confirm each one yourself.
Will it change my store without asking?
No. Nothing changes until you press approve. Your old menu is kept, not deleted, and you can undo the change.
What should I send?
Clear, bright photos of your menu board or paper menu, or a PDF, and photos of your dishes if you have them. Add a note for anything not on the menu.
