Is there a monthly subscription?
No. There is a commission on each order and a one-time setup fee if one applies to your account. Nothing recurring from us, and card processing fees are covered by HadarGo.
How much is the commission?
It depends on your category and is agreed before you go live. The exact rate is stored on every order, so a later change never rewrites what you already earned.
When do I get paid?
Customers pay your shop through Stripe, into your own Stripe account. HadarGo's commission is taken automatically as a fee on each payment, and Stripe pays the rest to your bank on its automatic payout schedule.
Do I have to use your couriers?
No. You can offer collection only, deliver yourself, or use the shared network per order.
Can I run more than one shop?
Yes. One account can run several, each with its own storefront, menu and payouts.
What if I already have a website?
Keep it. Your store page is a link you can point at from anywhere.
How ordering works
The customer orders and pays on your page. You are notified, accept, prepare, and mark it ready. They collect, or you request a courier. They are told at every step.
How delivery works
You mark the order ready. Nearby approved providers are offered the job. One accepts and the customer follows it on a map. Pickup and drop-off are both timestamped, and the fee and the provider’s pay are recorded on the order.
